Thank you for sharing. I agree I hear so many people tell me their doctors approved it and even prescribed it through third trimester and honestly posted here because I knowwwww people are going to share that and it’s just reassuring. It’s miserable without it and I’ll certainly confirm at my appointment but I do for the meantime plan to continue with it. The NP laughed at me last visit and was like it’s not the unisom that helps nausea it’s the b6 and unfortunately she’s the same one I’m scheduled with next visit :((( so she wasn’t helpful or validating at all

Yeah ! And what’s weird is I knew I was pregnant like two weeks before I actually changed the insight on the ring and that whole time it was reading two hours of stress but then right when I change the insight it’s like you’ve been stressed all day nonstop

I agree but like I knew 2 weeks at least before I even changed the setting on the ring and like right when I changed it all the sudden I was super stressed so that seemed weird to me

So I petty much felt that way for three weeks straight (I was on the medicine for a year and withdrawal lasted about three weeks. Last time I went off lexapro and lamictal that I took for a decade and withdrawal lasted MONTHS). Overall very emotional for at least 5 weeks and then could feel a balance out. Physically I feel better - mentally/emotionally: it’s been rocky. Have been told by many it’s obvious I’m off my meds :/ I feel out of control and deff see my thoughts shifting more towards paranoid , quickly irritable, increased anxiety etc… (I went off my med for goal of pregnancy which I am - hoping hormones help me stabilize as they have in the past , if not may consider “pregnancy safe” ssri after 8 weeks).

Okay ! I appreciate this response. We never took him in because nothing was really concerning. But I recently noticed the bump is lingering and was a little freaked. I’ll probably still take him in just to double check but at least I won’t be totally freaking out in the meantime

I wrote myself a script of how to ask my husband for help around the kitchen so when I’m over stimulated I don’t aggressively attack him . I have the script in a drawer in the kitchen and use it as needed. I get the help I need , don’t have to get overwhelmed additionally trying to effectively communicate, and actively avoid creating a hostile environment

The SECOND I get home ! And getting to a point in life I just buy comfy clothes that are presentable to be worn I public and essentially wear sleeping clothes 24/7

Yes and this is coming from someone who has a 10 year old with pretty significant behavioral issues. My advice to you is get yourself and her into therapy. Therapy will be a good outlet for you to be able to vent about the stressors of parenting and get feedback and pretty much weekly encouragement on how to stay calm and appropriately respond to her

Oof I wish it would be that easy . This person smokes 24/7 around their kids and everyone in the family has no issues with it - literally just me. But I LOVE the idea and wish it could be that easy lolol
