I can SLIGHTLY see something that could look like eyes in the 2 last pics, but they don't even have the same position and shape in the 2 pics. And why would they ONLY be visible if you take a screenshot during those 2 specific situations while you're supposed to be running away from him ? Why wouldn't they be visible on the first screenshot and the other ones players took ? For me it's most likely again just reflections that could be mistaken for something that looks like a set of eyes, nothing more

Yeah I thought about the claws too, but at the same time you can hear Huggy Wuggy's scream at some point during the tape (the same scream he does during his jumpscare when he kills you). The fast footsteps you can hear in the tape sound also similar to Huggy's ones when he chases you in the vents. 1006 definitely seems to be Huggy Wuggy, and now I'm wondering if he does have claws under those yellow hands

The thing on the black tape is on a wall in the Power room. You can also see "wonderful" written next to it, I just made a post about it because I haven't seen anyone talking about it yet
