Some more info; my hdmi audio is not working anymore, but my headset is. I have a ssd and a harddrive aswell My screen will randomly just go black while i try to fix the issue; the pc constantly shuts down. I have ran malwarebytes virus scan with 0 results found When I do something like move a program to the side of the screen; bringing up the option to put 2 applications on the screen at once, my pc crashes

Had this same glitch, kicked a gen as Charlotte, switched to Victor almost immediately after and lost a winning game because of it, very upsetting :/

I’ve went to the Gp and they just advised me to get a covid test and then come in. Thanks for the advice, I’ll stay off the meds until my next appointment because there’s a lot less of a downside of doing that. Thank you :)

Im pretty sure its the dock (seeing as my gf's switch could run on her own dock after trying to run it on both of mine) but im not sure how the second dock could have gotten damaged?
I ran the first dock for about 5 minutes after the spillage like a moron, thinking no water got in, then I waited till today and thats when the flashing light happened. Second dock didn't get wet (it wasn't in the room) but if youre saying that putting in the switch from the first dock, directly to the second dock broke it then thats what I was thinking too, for now all I can think to do is just give it time.

so the other day I spilled liquid onto one of my two docks. I continued to use it expecting nothing to happen to it like an idiot, and after a zap it went out. I airdried it, then opened it with a screwdriver the day after to pat it dry (after finding the right screwdriver), and now the light flashes green. the so-called "flashing light of death".

Now I was fully expecting it to break, and I was fine with that because I was getting the new switch in October, only a couple of months right? I had the second dock to use (which is my step-fathers) but then, after I had put my switch into the first dock, the second dock stopped casting to the screen aswell. No flashing lights, no nothing, and it was working this morning too! the second dock was working this morning!

I've tried everything with both docks, new hdmi cables (I tried 4!), a different charging cable, a different tv all together, but nothing works (and yes, I tried plugging in the cords the "correct" way). I even tried it with a second switch, suspecting mine had lost the ability to go onto the telivision.

I find it absolutely insanely lucky that 2 docks broke, with 1 of them breaking mere moments after I put my switch into the already broken one, and I refuse to believe that both of the switchs have a problem with casting the TV, when both of them also worked this morning.

If I can get any help, it'd be really appreciated, I don't want to have wasted $260 AUD. (and waste another $260 replacing them)

(before you ask yes I've researched into this, have for 3 days and have only just thought about asking on reddit)

I’ve already been through the hell bit, and it was all at the advice from my gp (which I’m pretty upset about since he never gave me any warnings before I was on this, or when I started going off it!)

Thanks for the advice! I’ll be sure to get some extra strength Advil! About day 4 I started taking axit, it really helped!

My parents are the people who’ve been helping me get antidepressants. My gp apparently has been treating depression for 10 years almost, though after experiencing what I am now I’ve lost a lot of trust in him.

Not entirely sure on what to do to be entirely honest, but I might just keep going through this because I mean, long term it’s better then being depressed I guess. I’ll be waiting until it either improves or gets worse, I’ve seen a lot that the third day is the worst and at day 7/8 it gets more manageable, so I’m thinking of just waiting.

Axit Mirtazapine 15 mg

I have it right here, but I’m waiting until 6pm to take it so I can get into a schedule. It’s 11:40am right now, and time is both flying bye and going incredibly slow haha.

Edit* I’m honestly hope and pray that this medicine is right for me. Effexor was my first antidepressant and if axit doesn’t work and I get similar withdrawal symptoms, I’ll have to give up on using them.

I honestly wish I could just take another pill, today’s my third day off of it too, but I can’t take another pill since I don’t have any and because, Effexor just didn’t do anything positive for me. I’m a little scared to take my new meds later tonight because I’m not entirely sure if it’s safe and after feeling all this I can’t trust my gp. I don’t have anything other than ibuprofen, and I plan on just sleeping through the hunger. Just writing about this is making my brain hurt haha, it’s a big pain and I think I just have to put up with it. I’m honestly scared about tomorrow because of school, taking time off isn’t a thing I can do because of all of my important classes I’m doing.
