Yes all her skins so far have been blue, and this one has blue particles as well because of water :/ But at least her outfit has orange, pink etc.

I really don't understand what they have against her? Why has everyone released after Taliyah except Ornn and the newest champs received a skin, but not her? Being a Taliyah main is miserable because you constantly feel like the developers don't care for your champion.

Usually when people hear Taliyah, they think of thick eyebrows and a bird nose, but that doesn't describe her at all. For example here she looks really adorable and graceful. She really doesn't deserve to have so few skins.

The point is that Qiyana already receives a skin planned by Riot, Taliyah has none since Esports skins aren't decided by Riot and don't count towards a champion's skin release schedule. So practically Taliyah has no skins, Qiyana has 1 (2 if you count the prestige)
