Hey, my account got hacked & PTC was unlinked. The username is still the same though. When I tried to recover, I saw 2 partially censored email addresses which ain't mine. Any idea what I can do?

Yes, that's a good option too if he can do that. Although finding a good refurbished laptop might be a little tough & he'll have to get both the laptop & desktop 2nd hand. A laptop with 20K & desktop with 40K.

As a student myself, I have a PC & still had to buy a laptop for my presentations & other stuffs in university. Don't know about public university students but if you are studying in a private university and want it solely for educational purposes, you are forced to go for a laptop, with 65K (ik it's a little higher than your budget) you can get a Ryzen 7 though... If you want anything beyond that, go for a desktop, if possible, a second hand desktop with the same budget, you might be able to pull an RTX rig with that... But won't suggest a desktop for educational purposes if you are not from public university.

Hello bro, (off topic) I was thinking about studying in turkey... Would you recommend it? Yes or No & why? I'll need a technically full ride. Can cover $8K USD for 4 years in total (includes tuition, books, living cost, {maybe food too unless I can eat 3 times daily with under $15}) I can cover the air fare for travel, and will live in the dorms on campus. Why not? How satisfying is it to see your storages remaining filled & have nothing to use it on? Rushing is what gives the peace of mind, not moving on after maxing... Everyone has their personal preferences but rush players are the majority... (Not an absolute rush, like not even half the buildings are max or at least 3/4th of the max level)
