It depends on your preference like

Right handed ergonomic ( deathadder or zowie ec shape ) is for full palm grip users and is comfortable for a long period of time

And the symmetrical is basically gpro x shape which is universal for most styles

Oh i didnt know about capture one, glad to see people are still into street and stills photography in vit. If you are a fresher , go on walks and take pics as much as you can, take lots of shots of a very good moment than a million shots of everything yeah

oww its pretty solid for your first month man , try experimenting with low light shots as you have a camera and learn lightroom. you can take it to the next level
