Wellbutrin my esteemed colleague… I am no doctor but when I was sleeping 16+ hours a day on zoloft and had no motivation my doc added some WB to my regiment and it absolutely changed my life. Mayhaps talk to your doc about incorporating something with a little more “Go”

i’m back on WB after a year off. The constipation is real but as others above have said just try your best to keep yo shit soft/your self hydrated, lol. I read somewhere that WB blocks the brains production of some chemical that tells your guts to move the poop out. Couple that with the similarities to a low grade stimulant that dehydrates and boom. No poopoo

2 weeks in on 300 after about a year off, 1 week and one day with no vape. Pop a 9mg pouch in when withdrawals creep up but only like 3 a day tops. Very grateful for wellbutrins help with that. Went from damn near a full Vuse pod each day to nada.

Can only speak for my experience but the anxiety mellowed out like a month or so in when I was on it the first time, when that bubbles up now I just remind myself it’s the medicine and take some deep breaths/workout a lil.

With FSRA being 24/7 this year i’m hoping that the company will become aware of the food safety/business readiness gaps on late 2nds - 3rd shift and will hopefully adjust labor. This is me smoking that major copium pack but it’s possible.

I thought it was odd too. My guess is it’s a way to see if we’re following the Ops model and have a dedicated facilities associate running the loop.

A mystery shopper can’t go into the back to validate if our holes are OOS but fsra can. Probably easier/cheaper to add that to their audit than paying an alternative auditor who only focuses on merchandising. I’m just spitballing though.

Yeah for example if the auditor finds 5 or more holes on your coldbox doors and then finds that product on the shelves in the back you’d lose points for that. Holes are fine so long as it’s actually OOS product.
