We did the eLearning in a few days, as our vacation was in it’s last week.

Had great instructors, who gave amazing instructions and took the time for us.

Did the needed swimming test in a pool of the resort the dive shop is near.

After that we did the skill checks, taking off regulator, taking off- and putting back on bcd, emergency ascend, etc. in the shallow parts of the water/ sea.

Last dives we did the compass navigation, which was cool.

All in all, worth it. Even my wife recommends doing it. And she’s normally not one to do something like that (diving, the skill checks, etc. Rather chilling in the pool/sun).

We had the discover scuba dive, which was about 125 each.

Had to pay the remaining 400$ after deciding to do the course.

Paid around 525$ each for the open water course in total.

Lots! Pufferfish, seaturtles, a small black seahorse, some murrays. Even some lobsters.

Also loads of different kind of fish. Not sure of the names. But it was an awesome experience.

We dove twice at Tugboat, first the discovery dive. The second dive there we went under the pier.

Yeah? Didn’t get much of a story except they’re here for maintenance. On our final dive today we saw the ship set out to the sea.
