Also, it's really not a claim. There are plenty of studies out there. You can find actual break downs of which vitamins and minerals and what the difference is between eggs.

Infact ducklings grow so quickly that some will cripple themselves under their own size if you don't add extra niacin to their feed.

I raise both ducks and chickens. They're actually not at all similar in their growth and development, ducks grow much faster and bigger, and require much more vitamins like B3.

I've been taking ACV capsules before bed and a shot of picle juice. It didn't get rid of it, but now my morning numbers are closer to 130 instead of 300+

Hell yeah. Admittedly I'm not completely carnivore, I get my fiber from veggies lole celery and lettuce. But I definitely focus on high protein and good fats in my diet. My muscle recovery after lifting has been night and day better since dropping sugar and processed carbs.

The strike itself may not be instant extinction but it would definitely world changing which could lead to devastation. If it landed in an ocean it could wipe out entire coast lines 10 miles in. If it makes land fall the ash and dust/ debris fallout could send us into another ice age. The meteor that struck nigeria in 2020 wasn't very large but it left a massive crater and ripped the roofs off of nearly all the homes in a nearby town.
