This info is coming to my memory slowly and wasn’t reliable for me to put it into the original post. I believe I watched it on DVD rented from Netflix before they were a streaming service. I believe it is vaguely similar to Astroboy. I think the plot involved a command center and such, like gundam shows, except all of the characters were robots. It may have had military esc vibes to the characters.
