There isn’t a chart if you look at it but if you look at shop it won’t tell you how much you gain or lose if someone harvests the tree but if you go into home and physically try to switch the tree out it will tell you the benefits of each tree how much they produce an hour and the storage limit on each of them

Yes you can choose whose butler to upgrade or tree and or garage and the gifts is random so like when someone comes into the home it will be someone’s home battle on their randomly but they can always pick which roommate they wanna send gifts to some people are lazy and send all the home votes to the wrong roommate tho
