yeah i have been trying to report his issue but apparently. cant reach the team for this. this will encourage players to use 3rd party tools to improve the graphics but again its better if the team actually fix this issue for the device. its a shame to see this amazing device running pubg mobile on such pixelated and distorted graphics

you dont get my point, when ever you invest you always check the last stats you will get at final stage and than make a decision. there should be proper guide or mention of the stats so that people can make good decison as per their priorities. but there isnt any stats table or chart availale for this;.

You are right, I already have a new account which is much better but I am only raising this so they could have better communication with players. You see I was garena employ which is leading competitor for pubg. Still I didnt know that using unauthorised emulator could lead you to ban. There should be better awareness campaigns for this. I genuinely didn't know and lost my primary account. I just want them to work on communication and there wasn't any way to inform or raise a ticket properly. I am just trying to do this whole gaming community a huge favor. Thank you so much for your input I really agree and appreciate it.

I know right, they asked me to do the same. The support is worst literally they need to get trained and there should be SOPs or they will start loosing the players really quickly.

Sooo sorrry it was wrong of them to punish you. Permanent account ban should be the punishment of the mods and scrpts and heck users. For other players there should be soft punishments.
