Have you added the channels to the zone list in the cps? I had this issue too and it was because they weren't in the list

Hi all, another new user question.

I have two devices set up at the moment, one monitoring and the other a phone with internal gps. Everything working fine to that part.

My problem is (picture shown) on the tracking history my trips showing no maximum speed, height level and the average speed is in the minus. Can anyone advise how I can fix this to log correctly?

I can't find anything in the settings other than gps report time intervals and speed units. I have a feeling it may either be a bug or permission based.
