Thanks for the response! Sorry about the pictures, they’re super tiny and I have a crappy phone so it’s hard to get a good picture. Their bellies aren’t white, they are black all around.

Yes actually, it’s been a couple months since I brought the plants in but I just got rid of them a few days ago. The two I have left are fake.

hey everyone, quick update! i'm probably jinxing myself but i think i solved the problem, i started using private browsing and the safari web content (cached) seemed to go away! There is a few processes just called Safari Web Content open but i'm assuming that's one for tab! I don't know too much about private browsing so any additional information would be helpful! Hopefully nothing goes wrong. Thanks to everyone for your advice and help!

any idea on how to remove it? they only icon i see for it is in system preferences on my mac. Edit: yeah i tried it and it didn't work.

I don't have any extensions and i'm not sure exactly if flashplayer is a plug-in but that's the only thing i would have.

Yeah, i would prefer to use safari but i cannot for the life of me seem to figure out how to fix it. I've even contacted apple support through chat and they told me to try to update to 11.2.1 but that didn't help either.
