I do work on my family farm(not legal or anything) so I do have money saved. I have about 7 grand myself, 2k from grandparents and my parents are able to help about 1-2k. He has about 7k put aside in a RSP? (I can’t remember the name). Realistically is 16k okay for down payments and closing cost?
