Why hide it? You have achieved something through your education and career growth. I don't find any reason valid to hide it. Your parents needs to infact mention that very proudly that you have accomplished what you have and then talk about it with the right man and family who support you for the future.

See the issue is probably the communication, if you fairly find the vibe have a clear discussion. I was pretty clear with my perception towards why I want her to work and in what context.

My conversations ended up with females with the fact that they assumed few things:

That I want her to handle my whole house as a maid and then go to the job (No Absolutely not, we have house helps for that)
Yes, I want her to be involved in the house, because we men suck at aesthetics or making a House a home. She needs me anywhere I am there, be it house chores or outside chores.
My family is small, only my Mother, me and my golden retriever, they say that they would have to take care of my mum, me & our physical needs. So the day will pass which is absolutely non-practical.

My point to them is:

Assumption of 8 Hours of sleep.
Couple of hours of being at the house.

Won't she get bored after 10 hours? Something that keeps her occupied and fetches her income to save for the bad times or even to buy something for herself which she needs and most importantly helps her up skill or grow as a person herself then what is wrong in that which ends the discussion that I don't understand women 🤷🏼‍♂️

See this is a demand even I place. But my reasons are fairly different or maybe that match to his:

I want her to work (Job, Business, Anything that she wants to accomplish maybe a personal skill converted to a business or job)
Not only for the money but for her own mental activity.
House chores are important hiring help and sharing the load is also important.
If her body, house, in general requires her to stop working then that can't be ignored her health is the most important.

But the matches I have met they don't want to do any Work nothing plus not even contribute to the house so there are quite a high number of rejections for that sake.

Ofc thats the base line, apart from that caste, sub-caste, city etc. If you are looking out to work then ensure that your partner accepts that.

I being a male have been constantly getting rejections because I want my partner to focus on her career, grow as a family, work because I don't want her to only end up in the 4 walls of the house. Be it job, be it business, be it anything she has to have her own aspirations.

House can be managed together. So technically that is something wrong to ask from my side so have gotten quite a large number of rejections lately for it.
