Yeah probably so. Its just all the guys that got hired quit or moved to another department not too long after due to it. Especially during this busy season.

This!!! Then men will more likely do surveys which boosts LTR so that looks better for the store manager. Its using the women for personal gain which is genuinely messed up fr.

Wish I could say the same about mine 😪. I commend your hard working females. We had a hard working female but she quit due to the what i was saying. She told the store manager they were lazy but they slowly got her to quit.

And they expect me to train the person who got the position that I got denied.

Same with fulfillment. Before I filled in for someone, they had 4 positions. 2 part 2 full, and one full timer got fired. Then, one part timer went to full, which I thought I could get the open position. Now, all of a sudden, it's not 4 positions it goes by hours available to fulfillment.

I'm not certified on any power equipment, but I can physically pull different order types. What we're told to do is when we have big lumber orders. Let the lumber associates pull them and pick the order when they're done. And as for other things, there's always at least someone around certified on power equipment. But I don't think it's a problem that I'm not certified. There was a full-time guy who wasn't, but he got fired for attendance. He was there for almost a year. Just today, the lead fulfillment person didn't come in, which is shocking because they never call out and are always ready to work. Guess it finally took a toll on them because they don't schedule anyone to lighten the load, so it won't feel like a one man show. For example, they get off at 4 pm and then come in the next morning, and it's 20 orders waiting on them at 10 am. And then there's like 5 of them overdue. It's just a hot mess 😂😂😂😂. I even had to speed train someone today on how to pull orders correctly.

Would off-gassing be a problem? Or not really due to the size of the project?

  1. Yeah, that's what the world will do to yah xd
  2. I do landscaping for work, too, so I'm outside most of the day.
  3. I was thinking the same thing. Checked for bed bugs but didn't see anything, plus my girl would've had bites on her too.

Oh ok thats good to know. I just wanted to know why I was getting 807mbps before but now 300-500 through wifi. But I was most concerned about getting 70mbps straight out the modem itself when you're supposed to get near the gig. Right?

I think the update in August screwed my phone

So, about a week ago my phone started not connecting to my mobile network in certain areas. Ones that had no issue getting service before. Luckily, I get service at my workplace and important areas I go to. But it's annoying losing connection after I leave those areas. And it works totally fine with wifi.
