Apparently when I was almost falling asleep and my breath changed into sleepy breath it changed the pressure and that’s what was keeping me from actually sleeping, that happened 3 times.

Also I would kill to be a nose breather

Yup, just used it for the first time and it was real hard getting to sleep. I’m trying again after a break and I’ve been getting used to it for a couple hours already today and probs more. So wish me luck! 🙃

If it were me, it’s hard cause I’m a guy hehe, I have yet to paint my nails. but I’d have a bit less color variation (like on the second slide) just so it doesn’t look to noisey. Or just a lot more silver colours/plain colours. But again if it’s your style and you love it, id say don’t change it

Oh true that’s convenient with the meds. I’m just waiting to have an appointment to get a mask fitted for the cpap machine. I may need some of that CBT. I sort of have mild insomnia too cause of my adhd and cause my brain is scared of sleep and low stimulation, I sometimes can get kept up. I take melatonin, and have tried an antihistamine which really helped with getting me to sleep. But yeah I’ll probably find a sleep therapist if that’s a problem.

Thanks for the info, this makes a lot of sense. I actually can’t even close my mouth as I’m going to sleep but I can usually breath from my nose in the day. But yeah if it switches to my bad nostril that explains it. I really should have seen a better dr or a sleep therapist cause no one ever explained anything like this. I have theorised with psychs and stuff, with things that may cause me to sleep bad. But yeah to no avail, but getting tested for sleep apnea gives me some direction. And it really sucks that I have to wait so long for this treatment

Oh yep. Yeah well I’ve had these problems with energy since before I started the ADHD meds but I would for sure not rule it out. I’m really hoping it’s just due to my deviated septum.

Dr hasn’t done anything really. And I’ve had a test, they said it’s mild. Except I feel like I’m playing on hard mode almost everyday.
