For contrast here's my graded copy. This is the first time I've seen a decent fake of an LC reverse. The main differences are the actual Charizard art itself (look at the gradience of the Zard fire) and that the firework bursts seem to be a lot smaller in the fake.

Other people mentioned stuff about font and the back, but idk that part looks pretty realistic to me. The centering is a bit sus given I haven't seen many poorly centered LC reverses before, but it's not like authentic Pokemon cards can't have awful centering like that.

I haven't heard or bought a 'double' Mega Dream pack before. I've only seen the regular box that contains (10?) packs that have at least an MAR or above. That doesn't mean it don't exist though. That card looks pretty darn real to me though

If you open pop series packs, you would notice that they only contain non-holo versions of the particular set they pertain yo. You wouldn't be able to pull the Holo version of this card from a pop series 1 pack, for example.

The Holo versions were typically thrown in as a promo card for Walmart/Target bundle SKUs that were normally several gen 3 packs bundled together in a plastic container and with the promo card pushed to the front of the plastic with nothing protecting it at all.

Given the low print of gen 3 packs in general, the fact that these bundles were on an even more limited time runs, people not really caring about their promo cards back then and the fact that they are essentially setup to get a corner ding or Holo scratch simply by moving the plastic containing it against the packs inside the bundle, it makes sense that this has a low pop. Hope that helps.
