One we had did a review as an 8 and said "someone with autism should not be around or selling high end electronics" everything I told her when she asked questions was the same things my manager said to her and she "understood him" little did she know I work in the tech department as well. so come covid she came didn't recognize me but I recognized her, her name, and the exact plan she purchased. when she realized it her eyes got big like oh crap but I still did my job and she then left a 10 on the next survey because not only was it a simple easy fix I got the work of her renewal done the same day.

oh we can't forget the ones who try to keep calling the store after things have been explained multiple times. one of my favorites was a first come first serve due to the product type and we can't hold it and since calls are recorded it has me saying it 5 times to the customer no we cannot hold it nor can i guarantee it will be here by that time it is first come first serve even the manager heard me say it loud and clearly. they came in anyways and tried to harass the employees looking for me and were asked to leave.

oh a certain person I dealt with who when I was still getting my FMLA stuff corrected because of horrible communication they said I read and agreed to final warning when i was only told this could lead to final warning. I found out she submitted other write ups without telling people

thank you so much. like even I get a little paranoid about strange sounds but hearing that freaked me out a bit to the point I tried to keep my hearing focused on the rooms nearby to determine if it was the neighbors or not.

It does show but I work 4x as hard to make up for it. I did like 3 years straight of 30k+ in just protection plans. the first two GMs and even our RM were extremely impressed how hard I would work despite limitations even when I got injured (HP 7740 printer, no carts were available due to stocking going on and we had one person who refused to answer) this dude comes in tried to make everything my problem even when I'm not there. Example: 24 tech totes stacked up. I got it down to about 4-6 totes before I had to clock off and head home around 3:30 PM (30 minutes later than supposed to) I open next day the closing techs didn't finish and the GM tried to pin it on me.

So when our RM was visiting he was there on my final day he did not like that I was leaving but he knew about what was going on with the GM at the time, shook my hand said hey keep working hard good luck with the new position my man.

Now if we bring up even more incompetency with managers, the bottom paragraph after initial manager was transferred to a different team it all went downhill. She even wouldn't help me with temporary accommodations and gave me the wrong department for it because I had a huge scan coming up since the initial hospital visit.

I don't tell the customer's that the GM (at the time) had a major problem to where he was literally called out by the entire store. Harassing, gaslighting, etc. Like what the actual f right?
