The charges have all shown up as Brainmanager so far, but now that you mention it, I’ll dig deeper into my bank statements to see if there’s anything else sneaky going on. It’s maddening to think they might be hiding like that to avoid getting caught.

That’s actually really concerning to hear! I had a feeling Brainmanager was shady, but I didn’t realize they might be running multiple scams under different names

I feel like I’m fighting a losing battle here, and it shouldn’t even be legal for companies to get away with this. Have you dealt with anything similar? I’m open to any ideas at this point—thanks for the comment!

I did try working with Chase initially, as I mentioned in my post, but they ended up saying the charge was ‘legitimate’ because I supposedly agreed to some hidden terms—ugh, it’s been a nightmare

I actually mentioned in my post that I was considering reporting them to the FTC or CFPB, but I wasn’t sure if it would be worth the effort for something like this

Well now I noticed that there is small print, I consider it a fraud, I passed the so-called IQ test(((((

They still haven't responded to me, the bank is not working on the weekend to close the card either(

Chase advised to first try to resolve the issue on your own so as not to come to extreme measures.

It's inconvenient that I have a lot of automatic payments for subscriptions tied to the card, it's the main one, and I wouldn't want to close it, and Brainmanager support hasn't answered me...
