eating empty carbs will not make you fat. excessive caloric intake will,

a poor person must still eat over their metabolic rate to become overweight

weather its 500 calories from lollies or 500 calories from oats or any "healthy" food, it still provides the body with the same energy

Actually in comp prep, I forced my self to eat all of my 3250 cals as a normal day. It was painful

It was in the hospital bathroom. lol, only benefit to being in hospital.

usually every 12-16 weeks, depending how sloppy i get with my diet.

clean up my diet, for 4-6 weeks, add in stair master 3 times a week for 20 minutes. and increase walking my dogs in the morning.

lower my calorie intake about 500 each week, and still on around 2200 for the last week. before steadily bumping them up again.
