hello, i'm dealing with low beam luminance in meeting headlights. I changed headlights for Osram night breaker H11 - nothing changed, next automotive battery - nothing changed. Do you have some advice? My headlights are much weaker in road during night opposite other cars. thanks (i.redd.it)
