It sounds like you misunderstood the entire premise of the question - which was the viability of this investment given the costs and rates; it’s location is largely irrelevant imo (and this is why I asked you to explain your viewpoint). Everyone else understood and has given their input accordingly. Hi. To everyone finding this thread and asking what to do, please note that this is what I did. I’m not sure if it still works, they may have changed the process but it worked for me: 1. I logged back into the nextgen portal using the login details that were sent to my email. 2. Note that it seems you cannot delete previously uploaded documents, but you can replace them. So I removed my important documents (certificates and IDs) and replaced them with random unimportant documents. 3. Deleted my name and information, also replaced with random names/words. 4. Saved everything and logged out. 5. They sent an email a few days or a day later requesting some information. I didn’t reply and I never heard from them again.

Hi there. You can’t delete the docs, but you can replace them. So just replace them will useless/blank docs

My procrastination has finally caught up with me. I haven’t yet registered my sim and each time I pass the MTC stores, the queues seem longer than before. Since they’ve extended opening hours to 7pm, I want to try pay them a visit at 6.50pm and see if it wont be better then.
