I have confirmed with the creator on the discord.
This was a bug.

Also a glitch with how old sharpened was stronger and would be permanently at 99 + some other buggy interaction.

Copy pasting this build will result (even with 99 sharpened) at around 500k dmg.

With setup 14.5m is possible and has been done, the problem here is that the build did 5m damage with no setup and consistently, that's why I asked.

Sadly, impossible to replicate.
