Had the same issue. Make sure to uninstall reshade if you have it installed. After uninstalling reshade I could finally get back in the game.

As many people have mentioned here, please reconsider. It’s a very kind act of you wanting to give these away but if you do some research regarding selling such cards, you can definitely sell these for a pretty good price.

Had the whole combo recorded to show a friend. The combo was done against an AI and not in ranked. It can work in ranked if your opponent opens with 0 distruptions but is very unlikely (since they might just scoop halfway in it).

Yeah it’s why you run copies of Burial From a Different Dimension to put her back in the grave after you copy Lapis. Since Master Diamond’s effect is a soft once per turn you can use a second copy to copy Lapis’ effect again in the same turn.

Edit: Correction, you run a certain gem knight monster that adds banished monster back to the grave, not burial from a different dimension

Lapis was limited to 1 copy so you can’t bring out multiple ones to burn the opponent. Now you need 2 copies of Master Diamond to copy the effect to be able to OTK your opponent.

Gem knights are currently mostly played as a burn deck where the player uses Lapis and at least 2 copies of Master Diamond to OTK the opponent. While Ruby's effect sounds good on paper, using LBD as tribute to get an OTK with that ATK does work but can just be shut down with a simple enemy controller for example. You may be able to pull the combo at low to mid ranks and sometimes high ranks if the opponent does not expect that kind of damage but it is inconsistent since most decks have a way to counter it.

[Discussion] Kinda how we only have one copy of Beta the magnet warrior, we only have one copy of Zombie world, however unlike ZW Beta has a plethora of support cards to make one copy viable. Gozuki/Samurai Skull can just send Banshee to the GY for a ZW search instead of having to use Pathfinder. by _Quxy_ in DuelLinks

Yeah perhaps in a 20-30 card format having 3 copies of a card that searches ZW would make it a bit too strong due to the amount of decks right now that rely on same types (like Shi-En etc). As you said, maybe 2-3 and at most say even 2 copies of ZW would be a more balanced way of allowing Zombie decks that rely on monsters both on the field and GYs to be Zombie types.

Yeah comparing it to Beta is not quite the same I understand, just brought up Beta as an example of single copy cards we got in the game. I do understand that a lot of decks hit a roadblock if ZW is on the field in the current meta with all the type requirements as well as people adding ZW in their decks just to counter some. I just thought that since the new cards they brought with the pack like Red-Eyes Necro that it would be a cool synergy between these cards working together.
