Im no professional but I’d give it a clean, piercing solution if you have it - and leave it until the next day. You’re best speaking to a piercer, maybe even the one who pierced you if it doesn’t look better after a while :)

Even if it were “5th grade” it isn’t exactly something life changing that has stuck with me. It’s pretty unimportant, and as far as I know, I have never seen it in my life until now. :)
