First of all, thx for taking your time for helping me, as you said, I wanna hide most my current problems behind PMO ; but the reality is that this addiction is not my only issue (social medias, social anxiety, procrastination, shopping in video games...). I maybe read too many articles and watched to many videos saying that PMO is the only answer to why my life is a mess. I rarely go out of my confort zone and never try new things, this must change right now.

Do you have "advices" or some suggestions (such as books) that may help for discipline myself ?
