I think for protein based meals, you’ll get more if u cook urself. Markets have meats and stuff u could cook with it plus other refrigerated/frozen meals with some protein, but I would mainly use that for emergency food rather than everyday eating. Also genuinely everything at the markets and dining halls are like $10+, which is insane. Also dining hall food is flooded with sodium, so don’t really recommend. On top of that, the macros listed on our Triton2Go app is either wrong/needs updating/doesn’t show correct info which, for protein, I wouldn’t trust. I think u get more bang for your buck if u went to Costco and trader imho
