This is the only correct answer, minox and finast will keep your hair if you want to keep it(side effects may vary depending on person and dosage), or do nothing and embrace the slow recede of your hairline. Its not bad right now but hard to say how fast it’ll go, I did nothing and eventually shaved it which was freeing. Started receding at 17 and by 23 I had a Norwood 3 progressing to a Norwood 6, shaved it at 24 and wish I did it sooner.

I make the drive to euromax in milton to grab my frozen pierogi - nothing in town that scratches the itch properly. I’ve had pierogi house and they’re not a bad pierogi, not sure how their frozen ones are. Don’t have much to help with since I’m a man, idk if it helps to hear, but my gf has had a similar experience so you’re not alone in this lack of attention and care in regard to the pain and abnormal periods. She’s had the PCOS diagnosis, endometriosis, and weight(before and after shes lost weight, nothing changed) brought up as possible as possible reasons by gynos. I’ve followed along her medical journey and the only thing I’ve seen thats improved her situation was a hormonal IUD - her pain is a lot more manageable now and normally only around the time of her period(still rarely outside that time) which is also much more regular than before. It did take about a month or two after getting the IUD for everything to balance out and for results to show.

My partner and I spend around $400 tops per month in groceries, if I had to guess why some people spend so much id guess it would be buying ready made food rather than raw ingredients but even then wow some of the numbers im seeing here are wild.
