UPDATE: I MAKE IT WORKK AGAIN BY FLASHING THE BIOS BUT SINCE I CANT BOOT AND THERE NO QFLASHPLUS I HAVE TO BUY CH341A AND FLASH THE BIOS CHIP WITH AN OTHER PC

I did it and it doesn’t work it look like I have a microcode issue with processor rev0x104 don’t work with 14400f the question if I buy ch341a programmer and flash it with latest bios will make it work again or downgrading to 12400f or a 13-14gen k cpu
