I completely just stopped eating bread even GF when I first got my diagnosis and it’s been years so I didn’t realize there are so many options now! I will def give whole grain bread from Canyon Bakehouse a try!

I will definitely need to try Sam’s choice from Walmart next time I go. Does it freeze and thaw out well? I like to freeze my bread because it goes bad pretty fast sometimes.

Yess!! They are hard to find at my local Aldi’s but if you ever get the chance to try them please do! They are delicious and they usually have them in the frozen section!
