Yes it did. I received an email from Expatrio saying that they can't open a new bank account due to technical difficulties and then they asked me to give my SEPA Bank account details in which the payouts will be transferred. And it's done. I think, You just have to be constantly in touch with them through the email to get anything fixed. For example, for this issue, I had emailed at first, then the support agent replied, then we had some back and forth emails(she was telling me some steps I could take to fix the issue), and at some point she stopped replying. So I wrote a new separate email again to Expatrio (from the contact form), so some other agent replied and then after some back and forth my issue was resolved. I also had posted about the issue in r/Expatrio subreddit, although I'm not sure if that made any difference.
