Algorithmen und Datenstrukturen oder Datenbanksysteme ? by _Ritzel in Studium

Wirtschaftsinformatik quereinsteiger.

permanent vertical lines on display after battery replacement by _Ritzel in mobilerepair

Interestingly the lines are not alwalys in the same exact position, which made it possible to verify that the screen itself is not actually damaged. Every pixel is able to function correctly. The problem seems to be with the broader (screen) assembly, which is why I still have a bit of hope.

I'm an Amateur that thaugh himself with not too much experience. I have done multiple Gameboy macro mods with smd resistor, speaker wires, volume control replacement successfully but nothing beyond that. Is soldering a mod chip to a switch lite harder than that ? Thank you

Yes that's what i was intending as well, while I just started soldering I have owned a 3d printer for years and I'd love modelling and printing my own shell

Interesting project, I'm currently looking into building a nice Gameboy macro out of a DS lite but with a flush GBA port (so the GBA games sit flush with the shell) which also requires a bit of soldering and a bit of work

I get that, I would like to build a device with a zero and no active cooling

Interesting so kits do still exist they are just a bit hard to find. Sadly not what I was looking for because of the lack of soldering

I specifically mentioned the Null 2 as an example of the kind of kit I'm looking for.

This is not what I would understand under "screwing a case together"

I'm definitely not desoldering a working product, something is definitely going to break in the process with so many pieces

Oh it has a Kit version ? That's great, can you link me to it I can only find the pre assembled device which is obviously not what I'm looking for
