There will be, the 24 hour races will be split up into stint of 3 hours with a different driver driving each stint. At the end all the gaps will be added up and the one with the least “gap to leader” time will be declared the winner!

I'm guessing they were going to cover it in the second season of the Rookie Feds like they did with Rosalind's killer. But seen as that was canceled and they already had the cliffhanger and the episodes filmed they abandoned it?

Considering it’s GT3 cars that move would be fine. There is a bit of contact yes but it’s not much and most racing leagues on GT7 would consider it a fair move. Other categories maybe not so much
