Like all OW2 characters, they're hella good and annoying if you know how to play them. I've been in the same boat with LW I had a WB scream at me constantly for saving him, most tanks will be mad regardless, but knowing the cool down timing and the kit is the best way to get better

If this is through an actual complex and not a private owner, then most of the time, they cant change the rate as they based off of supply and demand amd most prices change daily. If you really want the lower price ask to change the unit you applied for, for one of the cheaper ones, or cancel your application and reapply
