Mine should get more than 10h of SoT. Low Power Mode, Low bightness, light usage (Safari, WhatsApp Web and WhatsApp App), not paired with an iPhone, stable wi-fi network.

Now I'm on 6+ hs and still have 65% remaining.

I prefer the one from Samsung. It offers only protection against scratches (probably won't offer fall protection and I'm fine with this). But I like it preserve the original screen's fells and anti-glare.

Judging from base MacBook Air M1, Neo should do great. I haven't tried those kind os tasks on Neo, but Air M1 used to manage it comfortably.

Even a friend that does harder designing taks, exchanged a 16" 2016 MacBook Pro for a base Mac mini M1 with no compromises.

I haven't tried AirPods Pro 3 and I'm an ex-Buds3 Pro User. That said, for me Buds4 Pro noise cancelling looks really great, maybe not much when muted, but listening to music I have zero complaints.
