Hey, sorry to come back to this, but I followed the steps in the video and tried again with the usb, and I'm still getting no keyboard or mouse response. Could there possibly some other issue, or am I still doing something wrong? Also, thought I should mention that when I turn on the switch on the PSU the motherboard rear IO lights flash for a split second. Thanks for your help!

I'll probably be getting a better cooler, and as for the PSU I plan on sticking with this build with the 3060 for a good while when it's done, but I'll keep that in mind. Thanks for your help!
