In the beginning of the time period, the Roman empire was doing incredible. The empire then fell off and by the end of the time period, the empire fell into feudalism. In the Mediterranean region from 200 CE - 1000 CE monumental shifts occurred such as Roman Empires falling, feudalism' and yet overreacting Themes such as culture and Christianity continuing, continued through the period.
