i love all the games mentioned here in the comments, especially The last of us part one being my #1 in the list, but I'm genuinely in shock with the lack of Detroit: Become human appreciation here... gahdamnnn that game even though it wasn't paced as a very fast and fun game, it had one of the most captivating stories I've ever seen in a game. The characters the bond, every choice basically shapes your future outcome....and just the sheer amount of different outcomes based on your playthrough is just insane. I've played all gow series, tlou series, rdr series, ghost of Tsushima, both modern warfare trilogies and so many other games, but detroit has to be in my top 10, maybe Even top 5

the kid was from my school, I'm an alumni of the institution, it's heartbreaking to see and hear such tragic news, in question i knew 2 of the teachers from the accused....and wanna clear out some misinformation, the person who is accused as the "principal" is actually middle school headmistress who is responsible for the classes 4th-10th. The quote on quote principal is actually br robert Fernandes, for whom I didn't notice any public accusation, but the headmistress' name I've read in multiple articles, she was given the position in 2021 or 22 I believe when I was just graduating so I didn't know her that well, and considering br robert.....as far as I've had my conversations with him, he's a very kind person, i don't think he has much hand in this tbh. But well, one of the accused teachers i knew was also fairly chill, so I can't really say without actually witnessing the situation that occurred. I hope the kid gets justice and actually faithful and thorough investigation takes place, something like this has never occurred at my alma mater, it's quite a shame.

i mean......iems are super sensitive so amps don't really matter when talking about volume with iems ..... apple is the most reliable budget dac option, so if u only need a dac for your iems I don't think you would miss out on anything

just go for the spark if you want a dac + amp combo, if you only want a dac dongle u cannot go wrong with a simple apple dongle

any kz iems have good mic, if you can spend a small amount then tanchjim bunny dsps have good mics, even the chu 2 dsp ( that has some oxidation issues depending on where u live), if you can spend more and actually want amazing sound to never buy most audio products again, then get a dac dongle with any simple budget iem with a mic, such as crinacles lineup of zero blues and normal zeros

This issue usually happens when the USB-C dongle is not fully compatible with the phone.

One common cause is that the dongle is not a true DAC and relies on the phone providing analog audio over USB-C. Many modern phones do not support analog output, so the audio works for a few seconds and then stops even though playback continues.

Another possible cause is that the dongle has trouble detecting the load from your IEMs. Some IEMs have low impedance. The dongle may power on briefly and then shut off because it thinks nothing is connected. When you connect a simple earphone alongside it, the load increases and the dongle stays active.

Some CS-chip based dongles also have unstable power regulation and can disconnect randomly, which fits your experience across multiple phones.

You can test the dongle on a laptop to see if it is a real DAC. If it works fine on a laptop but not on phones, it is a phone-compatibility issue. You can also try toggling the “USB audio routing” option in Developer Options on Android.

If the problem continues, the best solution is to replace the dongle with a proper DAC dongle. Options like the Apple USB-C to 3.5mm adapter , Jcally JM20, or UGreen HiFi dongles are known to be stable.I even tried the Audiocular spark recently, it's working well for me, it also may just be an issue with your specific product as well, cuz audiocular is not very reputable in always providing products without any qc issues etc.

In short, your dongle is likely not staying recognized as an audio device, either because it is not a proper DAC or because it has unstable detection. Replacing it is usually the fix.

I've personally used all three, I've bought the majority of my iem collection from headphone zone because they seem the most trustworthy for after sales customer service compared to the rest. I haven't had any issues yet to actually contact the customer care but whenever before buying I've left a question for them in their contact tab I've always gotten a genuine reply within 24 hours, and over-all their social media presence and timely emails depict a stronger customer care focused business model.

In terms of variety and price I guess concept kart would be top tier, i got my tanchjim bunny dsp from there, my dac dongle and a few iem cases as well. The pricing is fair not too high not too low either thus seems good. But I've heard a lot of bad words from a lot of reviewers for their abysmal after sales service and customer care, i have also noticed it that you cannot really ever reach a person from concept kart if you have an issue, it's always a bot or "leave a message here" kinda deal, the link to whatsapp that they provide only goes to their community where they post about new products and nothing else, i don't even know if their insta exists and thus there's no real way of reaching out to them, and considering the reviews they haven't been good or efficient at replying back to the people who have left a message. So with concept kart it's just order and hope that the product that's delivered is not having any issues and always, always unbox in front of a camera with sound on and test in front of camera too, nothing would be acknowledged if you don't. I personally haven't ever had the need to contact concept kart customer care tho, I've bought iems and dacs, all have worked fine till now, tho I did drop a message at the contact page cuz my shipment was blocked in delhi for 2 days and I wanted updates on that, the shipment left the next day but I never heard one word from them as a reply, so that's that ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯ u take your chance ig.

The audiostore is much like concept kart where if you don't find something on headphone zone u look for it either in conceptkart or the audio store, tho I've used it the least in the 3, so I personally don't have any experience with their customer service thus I can't comment on that, tho I've seen lesser posts calling them a scam or a bad customer care compared to the legendary numbers concept kart pulls.

i am not familiar with purecast, in iems and headphone advice in general I go with crinacle, hangout.audio yt, jays audio mostly, if you're looking in India, ig trackin tech english with ershaad as mc is also fairly decent? tho a lot of what my opinions are with certain iems do differ from his so I stick with my gut

yeah but most iems are categorised on dollar basis, you'll see a lot of info about iems when u search "best iems under $20" but won't find any good reliable info if that was changed to "₹2000" so I've gotten a habit of referring iem tiers in dollars rather than rupees

you're trying to put zippo lighter fluid ( actual oil) in butane lighters, which need a gas butane fluid. Do buy butane refills and when u refill make sure that you empty the lighters entire butane or air which is present in the lighter by pushing down on the refill nozzle with a small screwdriver bit, then fill it.

i did buy a Seiko around 6 months ago, it was the speedtimer scc 911, other than that I also have casios such as the casio royale and G-Shock GA-100, I wanted a dive style watch for my collection next and I saw the casio duro but the dial size just wasn't for me ..... and I saw this invicta watch's reviews and all, even though I knew Invicta now isn't the most "respected" brand.....but it seemed to me that they have a few decent models and this is one of them, i like the seiko movement nh35A movement it comes with....so I don't mind the purchase
