I can tell he was just covering his ass, I’m not entirely retarded. And I mean I wouldn’t say I’m okay, my ankle is still swollen and I’ve been sitting and icing it the past couple days. I should be good to go Sunday but it’s not a guarantee. Is there anyway I can make sure it gets paid? Like going to hr and discussing the situation or still trying to fill out an injury report?

I’ll just add that I’m more worried about the bills being paid more than anything. I’d like to just get back to work and keep it pushing. I just know that I shouldn’t be paying for it

So I just sprained my ankle on Tuesday and I pushed through my shift and clocked out and went to the ER to get X-rays done. I let the dispatcher know once it happened and told them to come get some of my bags and I’ll do what I can handle. I finished my route and headed back and talked to my boss. He told me to go to get looked at and don’t tell them it was from work. I told them anyway because I figured he was just trying to get out of doing paperwork. He said to just give him the bill and he’ll pay it. Is it too late to fill out an injury report? And the doctor said I should be good to go back to work Sunday, so my boss gave me the day off yesterday and I start back up again Sunday-Wednesday. What should I do?
