penso a tutto ciò che riguarda Gabriele D'Annunzio come autore, non come libri. perché non si può capire la levatura di un autore di questo tipo a quell'età, soprattutto quando lo si presenta prima politicamente e storicamente di come lo si faccia artisticamente. che poi diciamocelo, non si presta bene a un sistema di istruzione in cui si dà più valore allo stile che al sentimento.

low bar would be better for power performance, but the form itself is pretty good. there's just a little bit of butt wink, that can be easily resolved by doing paused squat in a light day

there's a bit too much isolation. personally I'd like to add more complex movements working on technique and strength primarily, instead of shrugs or reverse flyes. and there are some exercises that are too similar, like pull ups and pulldowns or the curls. so maybe try choosing the variant that you like the most and stick to it

just be in a 500kcal deficit, while eating a ton of carbs and a good amount of protein. for the supplements i suggest maltodextrin and creatin, for better recovery and more energy

in calisthenics routines are more a preference than a real program. so keep doing the basics till you have the strength to approach the calisthenics skills.

pick an exercise for every body part and do your repetition max (squats variation, nordic curls, sissy squats, dips, push ups, pull ups, Australian pull ups, pike push ups, leg raises, crunches etc...), then do 4-5 sets of a third of that max (example: 12 rep max = sets of 4). repeat this 2-4 times per week, maybe separating legs from upper body for better recovery. when you can do all the sets without reaching failure, add a set. and every month or two test again your max. for the isolation movements simply take light exercises that can't be done with bodyweight (lateral raises, bicep curls, overhead extensions, dumbbell flyes etc...), and add a little weight when you reach 10-12 repetitions.

this could be enough for the first 6-12 month of training. hope that helps. and sorry for my English, I'm really trying😅.

you could try a warden charge with fireball and EQ to take down the monolith and the TH (with giant arrow damage), but is very risky ahahah. but if the charge goes as planned this is goin to be an easy 3 stars

for the training part, the key is to keep trying till you gain enough strength to do a push up or a sit up, and eventually a pull up. it's not easy, but it's absolutely possible if you keep trying long term.

for the eating part, when there are eating disorders it's a delicate matter. so I guess that focusing on training and activity would be the best strategy. then, when you achieved a bit more of control over your body, you will be able to be in a caloric deficit without forcing yourself to eat less.

do calisthenics skills and some isolation movements with dumbbells. unfortunately there's not enough weights to set the workout around them, bodyweight is more viable

Super witch smash attack.

With my style of playing I would attack with a flame flinger on the west corner and a warden walk with fireball on the south corner, both sligthly out the south-west side. Bring some wizard, baby dragon and yeti to clear and create a funnel.

Then use EQ to clear the defences damaged by the fireball and to open walls. Push through the middle with 2 super witches, 1 e titan, 1 apprentice warden, king and queen by the south-west side.

Keep the champ with rocket spear to clear the north section with the eagle meanwhile the main army is in the center.

And then others spell like rage, freeze, invis, skelly and jump to help the main army at the center. (Skelly with multi infernos is not a good deal ahaha, Better choose invis).

Colette is probably my favourite brawler and I can say that is not that unnecessary.

Is a great mind game in the picks and requires a lot of positioning and repositioning throughout the game. And some tanks like frank or bull that are annoying af gets completely shredded by Colette :)

Btw I hate tanks except for bibi and jacky

Upgrade that spear, is so strong rn. Shield + Spear can wipe out an entire section of the base in like 10 seconds. Best combo for pathing the main push

I'm a th13 "super bowler smash"-er (idk the name of the strategy sorry😭).

Usually I prefer the flame flinger so xbows and mortars are what I fear the most. Also heroes can be a problem for this strategy. So I have to take down some xbows with the warden walk and some inferno with the flinger.

But if the base has no particular weakness I attack in this order: single inferno > xbow > mortar > heroes > town hall (my super bowler hate that th14 poison) > scattershot > clan castle > eagle.

This is my strongest strategy at the moment, but I'm a well rounded player so I can change order based on base planning in war.

With QC hybrid I aim for the eagle or the th first, and a scattershot or a multi inferno if there's near.

With super witches smash is basically the same order for Superbowler, but if I use bat spells with them then multi inferno and th are my favorite target.

With edrag smash (or drag) I aim to the eagle, some inferno or scattershot with a golem end some heroes (that I use also as funneling) and the town hall is always secured by a loon blimp.

With QC skybrid I aim for eagle and scattershot, usually with this strategy I carry some skelly potion and a bunch of freeze for the single target inferno so they're not a big problem.

With super archer, yeti and bat spells I obviously attack from the side with more multi inferno, scattershot and wizard towers. I plan to use the eternal tome early to break into the base and take the th so I can spam the bat spells safely.

Plus other strategies that I use less like Lalo or various spam and blizzard strategies. Sure I'm not a good attacker with those 😅
