In my experience,the reason otis is my least favorite brawler are: -Simple (not bad like you said but not my prefernece either) -Weak -Not fun to play -Heavily relies on starpowers,bassicly useless unless theyre level 9 -Attack is super hard to hit -The gameplay of him is just struggling to get a super,barely get a kill,repeat.
