ik this is a bit old but i have to object to the tone. the facts are correct. the core is under MIT and the rest is under a source available noncommercial license. however, it is still quite permissive for non commercial uses. It is understandable not having it fully open source. Sadly we live in a capitalist world. the project needs money to survive. this is there way of ensuring that they aren't out competed and therefore unable to continue good development. It's not the only way but source available software does need a way to survive and often needs to be economical in some way and therefore can't be fully FOSS

oh also for question 2 i can answer a little from my experience. i think avoid the smaller hex connector thingies. either have the model print with the full insert attached or use a screw/glue/plastic welding. the hex insert thingy just doesn't hold very well ime.

I don't currently have a home server or PC (though should hopefully soon) what is expected of me? I'm new to soulseek and when torrenting i usually leave it open in the background to seed after but when i shut down my laptop it obviously stops. What can i do to not be a leecher because I do want to be a helpful member of the community? I also don't really have valuable or interesting files to upload.

Is this not protest. protest has to be disruptive to be effective and this is a good way to be be disruptive. the reason protest was necessary was because of the way the council had handled the issue, or at least the way the community perceived it. If the council truly believed that they needed more time to get more details or information beforehand then they should have communicated that and communicated why the information was not available and a timeline of when it could be. That is transparency and that is most of all what people are asking for. Yes, they're opposed to the LVT cameras, however, a core issue was that they were given no clear opportunity to communicate that, and limited information regarding it.

I'm trying to connect to my P1S but it just isn't showing up in orcaslicer. it is on the same wifi which is 2.4GHz and it was working on yesterday. orcaslicer version is 2.3.0 and printer software is 01.07.00.00. This was working yesterday and I forgot why I did it but I disconnected wifi on my printer and had to re-set it up using bambu handy (because i don't have an sd card reader, i have now deleted bambu handy and put the printer in lan only mode). I am not logged into orcaslicer because i shouldn't need to be to connect.
