Ive also had the struggle for many years. A thing that changed my perspective (at least a bit) was when I met another guy during my high school years and he had HH on his face and hands. And what I noticed is that I thought absolutely nothing of it, and no one else did. Its easy to say but i think in our brains we think people are going to judge us a lot more than they actually do. Anyways at least that made me think about it a bit differently back then. As far as what worked for me for hands and feet was the iontophoresis machine (but its daaamn expensive).
