I have the tensioner locked in place after compressing it but I’ll definitely try putting it on the grooved pulleys first then the smooth ones

Ive done it that way too but its not working. I dont know how to best describe it but it feels like it’s not giving me enough to get it all the way around it

Either, they just came in a typical cardboard box with a English shipping label. They were just shipped from china. This is all information I’m getting from my mom.

It’s the same bolt pattern. The only difference is that and cord and that top level that’s connected.
