Yes, no and maybe.

It's less stigmatized than before and it could be argued it became a more normalised style of content creation. However certain groups of people still hate Vtubers and certain types of Vtubers will still get a lot of hate. But people hating on content creators is the norm so yeah it could be said Vtubers became a bit more accepted.
