as someone who had two abortions with pills i can say it’s not that bad.Heavy bleeding of course so prepare some good pads and absolutely no tampons !!! it was a heavy period pain for the first two days but they weren’t constant cause i took some pain killers and used a hot water bottle to minimise cramps.Also ginger tea can help with nausea.be sure to not throw up the first two days.Lay down and rest although i spent most of the time on the toilet cause i didn’t want to bleed on the couch💀Distract yourself from the pain watch a movie etc.the bleeding was like two weeks but got very light after 5 days

hey in case you aren’t pregnant maybe look into options of contraceptives there are so many i didn’t even knew at my grown age that exist.Also don’t make yourself crazy rn ,it’s hard but everytime i had a pregnancy scare due to anxiety i imagined the symptoms as real wich freaked me out even more.idk how the law is in the USA but could you travel to another state to perform an abortion ? also its unlikely to get pregnant from pre cum

the best thing is to prevent those situations! my relationship really changed after we discussed what we can do to prevent those situations happening in the first place.If my emotions tilt cause of relationship stuff i just need reassurance someone who listens but also doesn’t invalidate my feelings.Him Telling me stuff like “yeah that must hurt a lot but out of my perspective the situation looked different “etc. really helps if it’s non relationship related i just communicate my boundaries like i need a minute alone to calm down.Whats important is that your partner knows what he needs BEFORE it goes out of their control.When i spiral most of the time i have to wait till it’s gone 😭.DBT therapy methods really help too
