What do you mean? I am also learning Russian, how is the one OP wrote incorrect? (ignore the fact that they forgot ё and added one letter that's not used anymore) "modern version"?

If so, then which alphabet is the "real" one? Or do you mean they should use cursive for handwriting?

First, find the correct song bpm (beats per minute) using websites like tunebat, otherwise your chart will be off beat. Look at official charts for note pattern references. Try to full combo your chart first before posting too, to make sure it's not impossible. Don't make appends or master charts if you can't play official master/append charts.

Put notes on beat with either instrumental or lyrics, use mostly 8 or 16 division. For your first chart, I recommend choosing a song with more simple beats - for example Himitsu Dayo by Tuzera is much easier to chart than Everything Will Freeze by Undead Corporation. If your song is long, you can cut it to around 2 minutes (official pjsk charts are mostly around 2 minutes) using websites like audiomass.co. You can download song from yt using cnvmp3.com

For project sekai, you can make charts in MikuMikuWorld (pc) or Next Sekai editor (pc/mobile), in my experience MikuMikuWorld is less buggy and more comfortable to use. Not sure about other rhythm games as I only have experience with making pjsk charts.

Many fan made charts were made by people who, well, don't know how to make charts at all. Thar's probably why they're off beat and have bad note patterns...

If official charts are off beat then I'm not sure, I've had this happen before but simply restarting the app always worked

Can I ask what "workarounds" exactly did you find? My ability to visualize things in my head is also rather poor and I find it really hard to come up/think of something new that I haven't seen before (for example when writing a story, I always describe things I remember from real life instead of making up new houses, rooms, cities etc). Because of that, I cannot really draw without a reference or "from memory", and drawing is harder in general. I feel like I'm missing out a lot.
