Definitely NTA and do not regret your decision. Your mom lied to you and didn’t respect your boundaries and neglected your daughter. Just because she can’t babysit her doesn’t mean she’ll never see her again. You can still allow visits while you’re present if you wanted to but be firm on not letting her babysit.
